I'm so excited to have made these pumpkin muffins from @smittenkitchen ️. As a Pilates instructor I want (note "want") to be all things healthy. I'm WORKING on it! So I think making things from scratch, even if it has white sugar and butter, is better than store bought (these don't actually have butter, but I'm just sayin'). And especially for my kids, too. So here we are, a muffin and cuppa️ later and I'm feeling pretty good about myself🏻. Note: next time I sprinkle sugar crystals on top, don't-then, hover over my computer to post my excitement while eating said muffin as the crystals flew off and nestled between my key pads🙄 #trying #healthy #muffins #smittenkitchen #peace #goeswithcoffee #gracefulpilates

Arms today🏼 Working on the Wunda chair this morning. Heavy springs here to support the body weight. Major tricep work on this one. Keep heels to the toosh. No movement from the waist down. So I wanted to have Honey Nut Cheerios before teaching Pilates this morning. Maybe I'm low on energy and wanted a quick sugar hit? Or maybe I just love sugary cereals?
