I'm so excited to have made these pumpkin muffins from @smittenkitchen ️. As a Pilates instructor I want (note "want") to be all things healthy. I'm WORKING on it! So I think making things from scratch, even if it has white sugar and butter, is better than store bought (these don't actually have butter, but I'm just sayin'). And especially for my kids, too. So here we are, a muffin and cuppa️ later and I'm feeling pretty good about myself🏻.
