DAY 8 = 45 second plank. How we doing? The time is increasing..are you feeling a little shaky? That's normal. #gettingstronger . This pic demonstrates a great and challenging add on to the plank. Tighten your body while in plank, slowly extend your left arm forward, next to your ear, without shifting your hips. Feet together is more challenging. Need more stability? Move your feet hip width apart. #getit Go for a brisk 45 minute walk. DID YOU KNOW, the big peeps in the 'know', say a 20 minute walk everyday is the equivalent to taking an antidepressant?? Whoa!
