DAY 6 = 30 second plank! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We'll be gearing up this week to meet our 1 minute plank. Whoop whoop!! After your 30 second plank, take a short rest in child's pose. Come back into plank and pull your right knee to your left armpit. HOLD/pulling hard, count to 5 slowly, then switch sides. Do each side 5 times. Feel the love of those obliques burn:) Take a 30 minute walk. Be body aware throughout your walk pulling your abs in, throwing those shoulders back, keeping your eyes on the horizon.
