#lizziesplankchallenge DAY 9 = 50 secSo this was an upside down plank for me 🙃 but my son and I had a lot of fun doing it. On our first take I asked him to bend down and kiss me, it was literally so hard on me that I chucked him off. He went flying. No one was hurt. But he wouldn’t let me post that one🙄. You would have pissed yourself laughing. Anyhoo, what you see is our final 50 second take. Hope you enjoy. And I hope you’re still in it!! It’s gettin’ good now. Tomorrow is a rest day. Take it.
