Just playing around with my paint roller extension handle! This worked great by allowing my arms to work symmetrically. I tucked my tail bone and imagined rolling down onto my lumbar spine - if I could clear my booty (not), but, you know, in "theory"...So, deep core, but arms too🏼 Score!
